They provide comprehensive property and liability insurance for tenants who serve as AirBNB hosts and OWNERS (their coverage is in addition to any existing liability coverage a property owner carries).
- All AirBNB guests who want to book a stay with us in your property are screened.
- They need to "Request To Book" and we have to approve them.
- We only approve guests who have verified their identity through AirBNB. We check their reviews (guests get reviews just like hosts do).
- We have strict policies in place, like No Smoking, No Pets. (if you allow dogs then we will).
